7.v Reports – Customer Mailing List


Within the customer mailing list page, in the reports section of your dashboard, you will find all the email addresses collected on the site. From here you can export them as a CSV or Excel file by using the appropriate buttons and import them into an email campaign tool such as mail chimp. 

You can use the calendar tool to filter this list to a selected date range, for example, you might want to see a list of all the email addresses collected within the last week, month or year. Alternatively, you can simply search using the search box to the right-hand side (see picture above). 

To delete results altogether, you can use the white ‘Delete button’ that has the bin symbol on, this entry will then be removed from the list.
