7.ii Reports – Failed Orders



The failed orders page of the reports section your dashboard will allow you to view all of the orders that have failed. It will display details of the date, company, customer, payment, total amount and any acknowledgements. Similar to section 7.i you can copy, print or download this list as a PDF or Excel document and use the search bar to find a certain order.
