7.i Reports – Placed Orders
On the reports page, for placed orders, you can view and manage your website orders. From the orders that are placed, you have the ability to copy, export, PDF or print the entire list. The list provides information about status, date, company, customer, payment, order source and order total.
If there are hundreds of orders on this page, you can search using the search bar for the order that you want, or you can minimise the results between certain dates using the calendar tool (See picture below).
7.i.i View Details
To view the details of each order, simply click ‘view details’ within the grey bar which will provide more information such as order source, date and time, the billing details, any order notes that were left by your customer and all details of the products that make up this order (See picture below). In this section, you can also leave status notes and save them to the order.
Within this area, you can click the download button which will display a copy of this order on your screen, from there you can easily save or print (this is an alternative to having every single order printed in a list).
7.i.ii Change Status
You also have the ability to change the status of the order manually, by using the drop-down menu tool located within the grey bar (see picture below).
